If for some reason you don’t want to keep your High Atlas product, we will be sad. That said, you can exchange or return it any time within 30 days of purchasing it - it just needs to be in the same condition that you bought it in. Go ahead and fill out the form at _____________ and we’ll take care of the rest.

As soon as we receive your order, it’ll ship within 1 business day. How long it takes to reach you depends on which shipping option you chose, if you decided to choose a faster method than the free shipping* option that is standard on all purchases over $75.  If you stuck with the free shipping option, your order will take between 1 - 5 business days, depending on where you’re at (physically, not emotionally… although we do care about both).

If you ordered on a holiday or a weekend, your order’ll be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping is free within the contiguous 48 states of the United States.  Shipping to other parts of the world is calculated for you at check-out.
